    I graduated from the University of MN, Duluth with a BA in Communication Studies. With a background working as an administrator at non-profit organizations, I make sure things get done. My primary career focus is in content management for large and small organizations.

    • Communicate with the business and marketing stakeholders regarding content changes, project complications, and deliverables
    • Responsible for implementing day-to-day web content changes across 1500+ landing pages in AEM through shared content and individual page management
    • Complete web page builds based on creative content and web components provided for 4 different websites
    • Maintain content standards by working with UX designers, developers, marketing managers, and account managers to improve websites
    • Communicate with teams to identify technical IT issues, marketing changes, and quality standards for the business as a whole
    • Responsible for upholding content standards
    • Update documentation to reflect work completed and enable tracking of pages and content
    • Creating and updating job aids with documentation on processes
